Speed Reading at University of Wisconsin at Madison

Madison, WI – February 18, 2009 – The Iris Organization, in coordination with the Greater University Tutoring Service (GUTS), offered free speed reading courses on Wednesday to students at University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Over 100 students turned out for the event, filling up both classes that were offered. Students began the workshop by finding out there current reading speed. The average college student reads 150-250 words per minute (wpm). (more…)

Free Speed Reading Courses & Classes in Philadelphia Now Available

Philadelphia, PA – February 6, 2009 – Free peed reading workshops and comprehensive courses are now being offered by the Iris Organization in Philadelphia. Free speed reading workshops are scheduled for Thursday, February 19. A comprehensive weekend course is also being offered on February 21 and 22. Free Speed Reading Courses at the Chicago Public Library

Chicago, IL – September, 29 2008 – The Iris Organization will be teaching speed reading techniques at the Chicago Public Library on October 4 and 8 to help students, parents and professionals read faster.
