Speed Reading at University of Wisconsin at Madison

Madison, WI – February 18, 2009 – The Iris Organization, in coordination with the Greater University Tutoring Service (GUTS), offered free speed reading courses on Wednesday to students at University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Over 100 students turned out for the event, filling up both classes that were offered. Students began the workshop by finding out there current reading speed. The average college student reads 150-250 words per minute (wpm). (more…)

Free Speed Reading Course Scheduled at University of Wisconsin-Madison

Madison, WI – February 4, 2009 – Free peed reading workshops and comprehensive courses are now being offered by the Iris Organization in Madison. Free speed reading workshops are scheduled for February 18 and 19.
